Rossmoor post acute has taken wonderful care of me. All the staff and departments have been wonderful. A special thanks to MJ for my every day care, helping me shave, and making me feel better. Eva has a cheerful attitude and is always helpful, she makes my day bright! Alka, my PT is very professional and has been a great help. Austin has been very helpful with making me walk again, now I am progressing well. Maddie my OT is very professional, understanding, and patient.

I am extremely frustrated with the experience my family has had here. Communication has been nonexistent—calls go unanswered, and getting any kind of update about my dad’s condition or care has been unnecessarily difficult. It feels like we are being ignored when all we want is basic information and transparency. On top of that, it’s unclear why my dad continues to be kept here. We have not been given clear explanations or timelines, which only adds to the stress and confusion. Families deserve to be part of the conversation, not left in the dark. Overall, this situation has caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety. I strongly urge the facility to improve communication, responsiveness, and clarity around patient care decisions.

My father was at this facility for approximately 2 1/2 months. He received excellent care during that time. There were always plenty of staff on hand to help with any requests or questions we had. They truly care about their residents and strive to give them quality care that helps guide them back to health. It became a home away from home. I would recommend this rehab facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I can confidently say this facility is exceptional. The Staff: Professionalism with a Heart The recovery process was successful largely thanks to the incredible team. I want to personally thank: Dr. Patel for his expert medical guidance. Nadia and Brianna for their dedicated and compassionate daily care. Lisa and Lorna at the front desk for their warm welcomes and help with every visit. Eunice (Accounting) and Hana (Admin) for making the administrative side of things seamless. Shiba (Social Worker) for her constant support and communication. Nikki (Medical Record Office) for being so incredibly kind and patient, even with my smallest questions. I also want to thank the cleaning crew and the dining staff who serve meals; everyone was consistently kind and respectful to my mother. I only wish I could remember every single person’s name who helped her get back on her feet. Addressing the “Response Time” Concerns I’ve seen some reviews complaining about staff not responding “instantly.” From my 100-day observation, I’ve learned that any delay isn’t due to laziness; it’s because the staff is diligently attending to other patients’ needs. Whenever there was a truly urgent situation, they handled it with speed and priority. Their ability to balance multiple patients’ needs is actually quite impressive. The Recovery Program The medication management was flawless, and the Physical Therapy (PT) program was top-notch. My mother has recovered significantly, and I am so grateful for the meticulous attention they paid to her multiple prescriptions and therapy goals. Final Thoughts Rossmoor PA has left a lasting, positive impression on my family. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will be treated with genuine kindness and professional excellence, I highly recommend this facility. It comes to show that the people that work here are not professional, and they are very, very neglectful It comes to show that the people that work here are not professional, and they are very, very neglectful towards the People staying in this rehabilitation home tell me why they don’t come to my grandmother on time whenever she pressed button over 10 times and two hours later, they have not seen her to help her with whatever she’s having trouble with and then she also fell down and they didn’t help her up after 30 minutes of her, laying on the ground and then they decided to double dose her with oxycodone and she was shaking and hallucinating very badly. This place is not professional. Do not let your grandparents or anyone that you know of stay here because these people are not treating the people there correctly and there’s also a COVID-19 outbreak in the building.

To whom it may concern: I want to compliment your employee, Aileen Laco the way she takes care of me. Not only does she show initiative but she does so in a caring and complete way. My mother has been in this facility about 15 months. I believe my mother in so lucky to have really caring CNAs and Nurses. Just a few months ago, she was blessed with an Angel who is her new CNA, I’m imbalance to say , I don’t remember how to spell his name, I believe is Fill. This gentleman is the true meaning of a caring human. He is kind and smiley eye always approaches me. Whenever he is assigned to my mom’s room, my heart is at ease that she is in great hands. He’s attentive, accommodation, kind, and intelligent. I walk to her room and her room is immaculate and organized. Her bed sheets are clean and she has a nice clean outfit on. Wow, what a blessing. He walks to her room whenever he sees me visiting and gives me a full report of what she ate , how much she slept and her mood condition. I can’t tell you enough about this amazing man. I’m so thankful. He really deserves a raise. Thank you.

They wete responsibe when we had questions and kept us informed about her care. The facility itself was clean and well- maintained, and it felt like a safe emviromment.Im grateful for the support they provided during her stay and would recommend this place to orhers looking fir care for their loved ones. Great compassion , competence and kindness. All departments are great especially nursing. The service is above and beyond. If I need assistance they are always there to help. I have a smooth discharge with the help of Eva. I will recommend this place for all patients that need rehab.

Their care is beyond excellent their nurses doctors as well as physical therapists work with me every single day twice a day and anytime I hit a call button they’re immediately there. Their care is beyond exceptional.

I chose Rossmoor Post Acute after visiting and comparing it with another post-acute facility in Walnut Creek. The deciding factor was simple but important: Rossmoor felt like a true medical care facility, while the other location felt more like a modern senior or retirement center. Given my father’s condition, he needed real medical care—not just a nice environment—and Rossmoor clearly fit that need. From the very beginning, the level of service exceeded my expectations. Steve Stock, the General Manager, was outstanding. He gave me his mobile number and told me to text him anytime if something came up. That alone speaks volumes. I did my best not to reach out unless it was truly necessary, but whenever I did, he addressed every issue promptly and thoroughly. Not a single request was missed. I honestly don’t know how he stays so organized, but he does—and it shows. One thing that really mattered to us was consistency with medications, and Rossmoor delivered. All medications were always administered correctly and on time, without exception. That level of reliability brought a lot of peace of mind. The food was also decent—better than expected for a medical facility—and whenever there was an opportunity to make things a little better or more comfortable, the staff consistently went the extra mile. The staff across the board were excellent. Every single person we interacted with was professional, kind, and clearly well trained. Special thanks to nurses Nadia, Carly, Roxanne, Marielle, and Gia—each one was outstanding and made a difficult time much easier for our family. The PT and OT staff were also fantastic—thank you Erica for your patience and care. Thanks to the laundry staff and the front desk team as well; their work doesn’t go unnoticed. Bottom line: I highly recommend Rossmoor Post Acute to anyone who needs true post-acute medical care. Our experience there gave us peace of mind during a very stressful time, and for that I’m extremely grateful.

Recently visited this facility to see a family member staying there. The staff is amazing ,they true have the biggest hearts and provide exceptional care for their residents. Rossmoor goes above and beyond not only in care but also the level of cleanliness. Steve the director of nursing is so compassionate and the team of nurses and physical therapist are the most wonderful people I have ever met. I believe the care provided at RossMoore is above reproach.

I spent about 4 months here recovering from knee surgery. The care staff is great and will make you laugh and are responsible with handling your injury carefully. The PT and OT staff are awesome. They know how to target problem areas and get your body feeling better. I credit them for helping me walk again. 1 star off for the food. I didn’t expect exceptional food but this food was bad, ranging from edible to gross. Have your family leave something in the patient refrigerator.

All the staff here at Rossmoor helped me a lot especially MJ. I recommend this place to recover from surgery. It’s big nice facility. Staff are professional and I saw my previous nurse Eva that I love. It’s my second time to be in this facility. It’s a small world that my previous nurse discharge me today. I’m thankful for my Dr. Kooturu who is very professional taking care of my health. I’m thankful also for the housekeeper, makes my room clean.
